These signs indicate that your child is unable to focus clearly on faces, objects, letters and numbers, etc due to blurry vision or some other issue. This might be a sign of myopia or another refractive error.

What to Expect in a Children's Eye Exam

Your child's eye exam will be done in a calm and patient atmosphere in order to alleviate any nervousness that your child may be feeling. During the exam, an eye doctor on our optometry team will explain what is happening. The following tests might be done:
